Couples

In couples counseling you learn to accept and respect yourself and your partner, appreciating the strength that is gained when conflict is worked through in a nonreactive fashion. Through negotiating conflicts, truthfully standing up for yourself and staying in contact, deeper intimacy is gained.

Small Groups

Develop the capacity to be personal, present, authentic, autonomous, and relational through the intimate process of a small group experience. 2 to 2 1/2 hours, two times per month
