Begin the journey of the senses. This first installment introduces the night, the importance of symbolic thinking and the psychological energies of Dionysius and Apollo.
This visual presentation of our first course in Qualities of Being, The 5 Elements, is broken into 5 video clips. The first clip is an introduction to the theme of the 5 Elements with a dance led by guide Yahya Suzanna Nadler. This is followed by a Zikar meditation led by guide Rod Birney. After meditation, Rod leads a lecture about the 5 Elements which takes the group into a Wazifa Sufi Chant (in video 4). Our spiritual guides end the session in video 5 with a poem and a group inquiry exercise.
